Becoming a new mother is one of life’s wonders as you step forward into new roles and responsibilities. These transitions are challenging and can bring up emotional upheavals, physical adjustments and raise underlying insecurities. You may find yourself experiencing anxiety about physical changes, fears about how to look after yourself and your new baby, or dread at the idea of pregnancy and/or childbirth.
The newness of pregnancy can be overwhelming. As a certified professional coach, I’ve helped 100s of women regain a feeling of control and alleviate some of the stresses of pregnancy and parenthood.
In our sessions, I provide a non-judgmental space for self-exploration and a place for you to talk openly and come up with ideas and solutions that benefit you and your family. What’s right for you isn’t necessarily right for everybody else, like your parents, sisters, and BFFs. It’s whatever you think!
I will help you understand where any fears related to your pregnancy and parenthood come from.
